Step 3:
Transcripts
Applications may be reviewed on the basis of unofficial transcripts. You should upload your unofficial transcripts in the “Academic Background” Section of your application. If your bachelor’s degree is not yet conferred at the time of application or if unofficial transcripts are the basis of your admission decision, you must submit original, official transcripts to the University of Florida Office of Admissions no later than the start of registration for your second semester. Failure to submit the required documents will result in a credentials hold on your record and the inability to register for future coursework.
Request official, sealed, academic transcripts from all previously attended institutions be sent to:

Electronic transcript submission:
Electronic transcripts are only valid and official if the documents are sent directly FROM the institution TO the UF Office of Admissions at te@admissions.ufl.edu. Please make sure the institution uses one of the following verified companies to submit transcripts or the transcripts cannot be considered: Parchment, Faster, National Student Clearinghouse, Transcripts Plus, Credential Solutions or E-script/Scrip-Safe.
Test Scores
Request TOEFL scores, if applicable, be sent to the University of Florida, school code 5812.
If your reported nation of citizenship’s language is not English, you are required to submit TOEFL scores.

Step 4:
Resume/CV
Submit a current resume or CV, in MS Word or PDF format. You may email the file to dess@ahc.ufl.edu or attach it as part of the UF Graduate Application in step 2.
