The online master’s and graduate certificate application Spring 2027 deadline is November 9, 2026. Non-degree applications are due by November 30, 2026. No GRE required!
Program Structure
Our online Master’s degree can be earned in 31 credit hours. Our online graduate certificates are 9 to 15 credit hours.
Rolling Admissions
Our online graduate program accepts students year-round, and classes are offered every fall, spring and summer. The GRE is not required.

Is the program 100% online?
Yes. Every course is delivered entirely online and asynchronously for maximum flexibility.
Asynchronous course delivery is a flexible, student-centered online learning method where you’ll use the course materials like pre-recorded lectures, readings and assignments on your own schedule. This allows you to learn at your own pace within the semester deadlines.
Do I need to take the GRE?
No. GRE scores are not required for admission.
How long does it take to complete the program?
The online Master’s degree can be completed in two years (24 months) or six semesters. Most students opt for the two-year plan, but working professionals may take longer. An online graduate certificate can be completed in as little as one year.
Students have up to seven years from the date of admission to complete the program. If you need to pause or take a break, our Distance Education Support Staff (DESS) team can help you navigate that, too.
Can I take courses if I’m working full‑time?
Yes! This program is intentionally designed for working pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
What if it’s been many years since my last college course?
Our courses are built for learners returning after long academic breaks. Our faculty and staff will help you step back into the classroom with confidence.
How to Apply

Submit Application Intent Form
Complete the application intent form once you are ready to begin the application process.
2.
Complete UF Application
Once you have indicated your interest in the program and semester, start your UF online graduate application.
3.
Send Transcripts
Once you have applied to the program, send over your transcripts so you can be considered for the program.
4.
Send Test Scores
If applicable, make sure you send in all test scores (such as TOEFL) so your application can be processed.
